12:15 – Visit to the Local Souk (Market)
• Accompanied by our chef, stroll through the vibrant souks of the Medina.
• Choose and purchase the freshest ingredients: seasonal vegetables, aromatic herbs,
traditional spices, and more.
• Learn how locals shop and discover the importance of each ingredient in Moroccan
cuisine.
13:00 – Cooking Workshop at Dar Attajalli
• Return to the riad and start your cooking session.
• Prepare a traditional Moroccan menu step by step with the chef’s guidance.
• Learn authentic techniques and family recipes passed down through generations.
14:30 – Tasting & Sharing
• Enjoy the dishes you have prepared in the elegant dining area of Dar Attajalli.
• End the meal with a refreshing glass of Moroccan mint tea and traditional pastries.
